The Status matched is not due to data entry in Quarterely statement but due to the non matching of challans in the .csi file.
from the page of Challan Status enquiry identify all the challans applicable for this period and macth them before downloading the .csi file. The problem will be solved if all ur challans are matched in the TIN site itself.
