Whether NBFC Company having asset size more than50 Crores but not accepting or holding any public deposit is required to file quarterly return with RBI ?

i think it is required if it is " NON-ACCEPTING".plz correct me if i m wrong.

NBFC Co. (non deposit taking) having asset size more than Rs.50 cr and less than Rs.100 is reuire to file quarterly return.
