Revival of listed company

Hello Members,

There is a listed company which is not doing business for past few
years. It hasnt paid annual fees of STX also. Whats the procedure for
its revival now.

Hi Manish,

Relevant yearly submissions, disclosures for past years are required to be made to the ROC and the Stock Exchange. The Stock Exchange fees is to be paid. Also if you have recieved any letter from Stock Exchange suitable reply to the same.

Thanks Amit

Actually co never did any listed compliance & therefore its share were transferred to Z category of stocks. Now co wants its stock to be shifted to its original category rather than being in Z category.
