11 July 2011If Any Assessee is Shows less than 8% profit of it's turnover he is liable for TAx Audit
and he is required to Files return digitally Signed or Not????????????

yes of course you must file with DSC if you file an audit report u/s 44AB

When the taxable income comes below 8% of turnover, its not covered under 44AD but it comes under 44AB where audit ia done, and once the audit is done, DSC is needed for e filing.
