Can i deposit cash 35000 in ppf account

Hi

can i deposit 35000 in my ppf account as cash  . or payment exceeding 20000  should be paid by check in ppf account ?

you can deposit any amount of money into your ppf account in cash. The restriction is only for payments made other than through a banking module.
