Ques: Whether Company having only a paid up capital of INR 5 Cr and above have to file the B/s & P/L in XBRL format? Although the other two criterias are not applicable on the Company?

Please answer my this question

A company Secretary left the company. As on date company has no Company Secretary. How can XBRL Annual Return Filed, because appointment of Company Secretary is mandatory?
