I was asking about the attempt count as I was not sure of it. And I'll do what I think will suit me most at the moment. Thanks for helping.

It will count as ur second eligible attempt. Even if u dont give 1st grp in ur eligible attempt as per ICAI then also next attempt will be counted as 2nd attempt...
