I have doubt that input credit to be received in the capital goods after commencement of business (Hotel )

Input credit on capital goods to be taken even though after commencement of business in allowable portion

Surely

Vat Input credit on capital goods to be taken fully ,for a hotel mattresses and chairs are like plant & machine for manufacturing,in Vat proportion scheame is abscent for input credit, so full vat input be taken but FA be valued at net of vat value.

My Comany Had purcahse 10 Trucks(Bulkers) for the transport of Material to the party. We have paid input of Rs.22,00,000/- at the time of Purcahse of Trucks. Can we adjust the Vat Input with Output. Please give us your valaubale advice on this matter. As per The advocate, We will not abale to get the benifit of Input on Automobiels Itemes. Our Company Manufacture Unit is in tthe state of Andhrapradesh.
