It was an easy paper with variation in type of ques asked in Wealt tax.....Those who studied whole syllabus I m sure this paer was meant fr them only,,

A small mistake in Question paper I dont know how many of you observed it !!!
Nandita -- No doubt a women Assessee but in the later part of question the word HIS father has been used, So that Student can get confused on the status of Assessee !! No Full stop for Hight of twisting the CA Question papers !! ha ha....ICAI Rocks again.
Paper was bit tough.......Yesss It was tough, Please Discuss the correct answer here...you will come to know...!!!!

Rectification 154(1) Yessss mistake apparent on record but Supreme decision aftr AO order is not mistake apparent on record.
80D - rs.20000 for Senior citizen..Nandita Ka father
Yesss Valuation officer can summon enforce the WT assessee, same power as WTO civil procedure to valuation officer.

Yes I agree with Preeti...
Ultimately we can say that nothing as expected has come... so those like me, who has studied based on the patter of May exam DT paper (recent amendments, MAT, WT calculation etc) found it very difficult..
As I knew The Slump sale, AAR, ITSC & DTAA provisions & also the amendments, I could attempt around 85 odd marks & out of which 35-40 mark ans are farely right... So hoping to clear & also hoping that IDT paper comes easy for all... ALL THE BEST for IDT...

In these paper amendments weightage had fallen so who all had gone with only studing amendment, they were in for shock........hahaha but paper was managable.

Dude I dont think so... Chapter VI-A deduction is available for non-resident..... 80D is available for Nandita
