Sir,

can anyone explain how will it work in the following example -

A from delhi sells goods to B in mumbai who further sells the goods in transit to C in Punjab. Now, Practically the movement of goods is from delhi to bmy and cannot be diverted to punjab midway till it reaches mumbai. After the goods reach mumbai, they have to be practically re-booked in another transport for Punjab...

SO WILL THIS CONFIRM TO SALE IN TRANSIT ?? IF YES, HOW ?

Please educate me in the following. This transaction pertains to 2012 before Andhrapradesh was separated.

A- Buyer ( Hyderabad, formerly Andhrapradesh), B - seller (Bangalore). C - consignee in Rajamundry (Andhrapradesh)

B sells to A at 2% against form "C" clearly mentioning C as consignee in the invoice.

Is this governed by E1 / E2 sales where A gives "C" from to B and B gives E1 to A.

If yes is there any rule / section in CST act.

Please educate.
