Query related to IPCC and ATC(Accounting Technician Course)

After i do my one year article and then clear my ipcc will i get my atc certificate

What is the scope of ATC ???

Can ATC holder Sign the Balance Sheet????

I am a CA final student and I have cleared PCC in 2013. Can I get ATC certificate?

I m group 1 passed...........I have registered for articleship and now I have completed my 1 year of article..............Will I get certificate of ATC if I apply now (as I have completed one year of Articleship) or I will have to complete full course of Articleship to get Certificate..........

I have completed IPCC group 1 and three years of Article... I will apply for ATC certificate.. But after getting ATC certificate can I go for study and exam of IPCC group 2 if I want to continue for CA in future... i.e after 2 or 3 years....
