Whether the debentures repayable in 10 yrs and guaranteed by the government of india , will come under secured or unsecured debentures ?

Dear Neha,
Debentures, secured by Government of India, will come under the head 'Secured Loans"
Refer: Schedule VI of the Compaies Act, 1956.
