I have qualified for both groups of ipcc in nov-2011 and joined for articles in Feb-25, 2012.
I took transfer from my principal on Feb-23,2013 and joined in another firm on Feb-24,2013 and i have posted forms 103, 109 to the institute on March-12,2013.
Please give me the details whether my application would be processed and whether the institute send any intimation letter after re-registration of articles and what would be the cut off time for these to take place.
Processing depends upon the reason which you mentioned in the form
and normally it wil take a minimum 20 days to 1 and half months.

Sir thank you for your response. Sir I have not mentioned any reason in the form as i took my transfer in the first year of articles in which situation mentioning of reason is optional. Sir may i know how can i contact the institute in this regard.
Sir another issue is that my principal has shown leave of 90 days in form 109 for the leaves which i have taken for ca final exams, and degree exams. will this affect my transfer?
then no need to worry your transfer will be approved. just keep tracking through the link.
And you are eligible to take leave upto 1/6th of total working days. Example if the total Working days is 300 (approx) means you are eligible to take 50 days. remaining days you have to work under your new principal.
