Up vat online return can be filed online by downloading the excel utility for filling details.
Annexure A is for purchase against tax invoice details.
Annexure B is for sale against tax invoice details.
Annexure C is for purchase against form C interstate purcahse.
Excel utlity form is validated by file validation utlity. All these utlities are avaialble on upvat website.
return is to be filed online by logging in.
