I have some query regarding FEMA....Can anyone help me to resolve this...

I am a exporter. Now I have sent a good to Iraq at the address of Consignee while the actual byer is at London..Is there any obligation with FEMA/ RBI regarding this? Because in earlier export sales consignee & buyers address was same..
