I have seen a lot of brochures during my search for ACCA jobs in UAE which are very good, I hope the design for this is good as well.

This service code is for customised software development which comes under professional services in my opinion.
So if there is any specified contarct for the services then deduct TDS u/s 194C otherwise deduct under 194J for professional fees.
