Derivatives chapter - MAFA

I have been preparing MAFA from V Pattabhi Ram's book and spend a lot of time practicing the chapter on Derivatives but lately I found that this chapter is not even covered by our CA Module nor the institute's compilor. So pls. guide how imp. is this chapter?
 
  And also let me know which are the most imporatant chapters in MAFA and which are the most expected one's for the upcoming attempt.

you can expect atleast a question for this topic from theory it is again atleast 1 ques. minimum will come for 8 marks. the most important topic is capital budgeting anyhow this chapter will comprise of 15-30 marks vary from attempt to attempt. for theory read suggested answers as few of the questions are repeatative whereas others i dont have any idea about the source. U can expect a question from every topic there is no such criteria for exams.

gaurav is correct. Forex is a much more important chapter

Derrivative is one of the most important chapter now a days and as we have recently got AS on derivaties it emphasises how important derivates are/

Do stdy this. question will come eithr theory or pact.

 Yes capital budgeting and forex are the topics mainly asked in paper. Near about 30 marks
