DEREGISTRATION PROCESS UNDER GST.

Respected Sir,
I have made deregistration of gstin of one person deregistration has been done on 01/03/2018 and I have paid tax on closing stock but still that user is active and return dash board is showing and ARN NO status we tracking that is showing under process so what is the procedure of deregistration please guide me on this matter.

File all your returns( Gtr1)& clear all your dues if any , then only able to cancel your registration. Contact your jurdistion officer.

sir all returns are clear and I paid tax also on closing stock so but the arn no is still in pending process

The concerned department process for de registration is slow.

Yes return dashboard will be active until the cancellation of registration.

sir shall I do returns then but in deregistration form I have added date as 01/03/2018 but after April I not made returns so what I have to do please guide me

My opinion is that you file a nil return otherwise late fee may be applicable. Then if u file any sales then in 3B, then department thinks that you are still running the business.
