Depreciation on property loan
I have a Pvt Ltd Company. We are buying an office space in company name.The bank is giving me 35 lakhs of loan for office. Total value of property is 45 lakhs. Property ready possession.Will I get depreciation of the 35 lakhs the bank is giving me ?
