when we purchase fire ext. on 15/11/2017 then sir when will depreciation charge on it

In March. Only 50% depreciation allowed as per IT.
Depreciation at 7.5% under Section 32 of INCOME Tax Act for P.Y 2017-18 shall be allowed.
