Depreciation as per schedule iii
Dear all
whether the depreciation as per schedule III for Fy 14-15....is mandatory even though the company is not going to declare the dividend..
I heard from someone that only if u r going to declare the dividend the said provisions will apply...

Depreciation is as per Schdule II.
Yes, Vide Genaral Circular no. 08/2014 dt 04/04/2014 issued by Ministry of Carporate Affares its cleare that its new Schdule II (Depreciation) and Schdule III(format of financial statements) applicable from 01-04-2014.
Okay sir.
But I am asking about whether the company who is not going to declare the dividend also required to prepare Depreciation as per Schedule-II
Please let me known the suorce of this Dividend declared and not declared.
For that even I am not sure but the thing is by having section 123 of new companies Act .
