Dear Experts,

Please tell me which sections of new companies act have been applicable?

Deprection rates as per companies act 2013? are they applicable?

Yes, Sec.123 read with Schedule-II is applicable  from 1.4.2014.

I want to ask that whether the rates as per Schedule II are applicable for accounts of financial year 2013-14?
