Depreciation allowance in case of legal professional
I have charged depreciation of Rs.53125 in my Profit & Loss Account but order u/s 143(1) has disallowed my depreciation expense showing under section 32(1)(i) in the said order. Kindly let know whether it should be claimed under sec 32(1)(ii) of I.T.Act?
