What kind of company is it public, private or the government company.
What are the resolutions required for all of these companies?

For a public company other than eligible co.and private co. Ordinary resolution is required.in case of eligible public co.ordinary resolution is sufficient if the amount is within the limit specified under section 180,otherwise SR should be passed.
