Deposit a sum of 8 to 10 lakh in bank .
Dear All
plz explain a individual who never filed ITR and no source of Income , It's safe for him to deposit money in bank (saving /FD) a sum up to 8 - 10 lakhs.

If there is no source of income, then what is the source of this deposit of 8-10 lacs?
If one family member can transfer sum of the amount to another family member as a gift it will be considered as legal or not ?
