How to reply to a demand raised due to mismatch in GSTR 3B and GSTR 2A.
The mismatch in input is just because some of the supplier from whom the party has purchased has mistakenly uploaded the same as B2C.
Kindly give me solution.

Always keep your 3B and 2A reconciled to give proper reply to the proper officer.
Submit the reply along with your supplier filing proofs and request to drop the proceedings.
