no only cit has the power to waive 220(2) interest
Thank you sir, as per 2A, the only Chief commissioner or commissioner can waive or reduce the demand. So we have to go for appeal right ??
not appeal but apply before the administrative CIT for waiver of interest stating the hardship if the interest is not waived, your cooperation in completing any proceedings etc
