Hello experts,
I had received a demand notice and subsequently I accepted as demand is correct and paid demand amount also but still it's showing the status as Payment pending, The payment is showing in e-pay payment history tab along with CIN number, BSR code and other every detail.
Do I need to do anything more for clearing off demand pending payment or will it be automatically settled off?

If all other details of the challan e.g. Assessment year etc. are correct, wait for 5/6 working days. Still if demand doesn't get removed, file grievance.
