Demand in Intimation u/s 143(1)

Hi,

I submitted my ITR2 couple of days back and today I received demand of Rs.2920 from Intimation u/s 143(1). My question is if I pay the amount as requested under Tax on Regular Assessment (400), do I need to file the revised income tax again adding this new value of Tax paid or no further action is needed from my end.

Any help would be appreciated.
