Demand Adjusting with ITR Refund

Hi Experts!

A demand was raised by IT Department on dated 25-08-2014 for AY 2010-11.

After that Demand is automatically adjusting with ITR Refund amount from several years, Now I want to know that what is actual balance of Demand.

Where I can view these details or collect these details.

In given case, ITR refund amount is inclusion of interest or not. Can I download these challans?

For knowing demand details >go to income tax portal>worklist>know ur action.
for knowing innt on refund check intimation.in which at last amount of refund and intt is given

Thanks for reply!

I have details about Demand as you say but now I want to know that what is actual current balance of that Demand, which I have to pay. Because Demand was Rs. 4,70,000/- in August 2014 & due to consistently adjustment with ITR Refund I have roughly calculation that approximately I have already paid Rs. 85,000/- through Refund Amount.

Now, I want to arrange the statement of given Demand for final payment at one time. Is there any procedure for the same.

In know ur action when u see demand details. in last column pay button is displayed.click that button and see what amount is shown

It is showing full amount of Demand i.e. 4,70,000/-

In one of the Tab their must be an option "Service Request" there you can apply for a copy of "Intimation of Demand issued to you" by selecting the assessment year.. Further you can Check the Refund amount in ITR also check the refund status below the Itr acknowledgement.. You can calculate The Demand raised and amount of Refund adjusted against it..
