I have below queries
1. Delivery challan system is applicable under GST regime.
2. Is a Way bill is valid with Delivery challan.
3. Delivery Challan can be issued for movement of goods without Tax Invoice, If official check the truck & found no tax invoice is it punishable.
4. Some cases value of way bill is not matching with Tax invoices excess or less, how to rectify them.

2). Yes E-Way can be prepared with the help of a Delivery Challan. Delivery Challan is issued incase of Transaction other than "Supply" like when the goods are being moved for Job Work from the Registered Person's place to the place of Job Worker for Job Work...
3). Delivery Challan can be issued if there is no requirement of issuing Tax Invoice ( like Job Work Procedure, Goods are being moved to some other place of business etc ). You will not be punishable if you carry proper documents with you along with the E-Way Bill. If Tax Invoice is not required to be issued, then you can use Delivery Challan. There's no problem. The Officer will not punish you since you are carrying the valid documents for transportation...
4). The value of the E-Way Bill should always match with the value of the Tax Invoice or Delivery Challan, as the case may be. If this does not matches, then you might face trouble in the road checks. So upload the correct Tax Invoice with the correct value while generating the E-Way Bill from the eway bill portal.
