Anexture 2A or 2B is Detail of sales and purchase which is made as per your Return Basis if you filled Return monthly you have to made it monthly basis if your Return are Quartly you have made it Quartly. But it is compulsory for all registered Dealer for filled Anexture 2A & 2B at time of return submitt in department now it is going online.

Dear Friend
First of all you have to installed latest version of Tally.ERP 9 in your computer than do the following simple steps to create Dvat Annexture Form 2A and 2B
Open Tally.ERP9
=> Display
=>Statutory Repors
=>VAT
=>VAT Forms
=>VAT Annextures
=>Annexture 2A and Annexture 2B is there select as per your requirement and change period by f2 and Export file by pressing Alt + E in Spreadsheet than upload it to Vat Department Side
You can also configure your Tally.ERP 9 by F 11 & F 12
I hope that is the sufficient information for your Problem

DVAT Annexture 2A and 2B.
you can file 2A and 2B online and also there are an option to fill it in Excel Utility file in Offline mode and Upload it to Department Side and I hope it is sufficient for your Query

Dear All
Can any1 help me explaining th basic purpose of filing annexure 2A & 2B forms.
Also if I m a local dealer do I hav to fil both the annexure bcoz as far as I remeber these form were filed while issuing C/D/E forms.
