Delhi stamp act

Hello,

Has the state of Delhi enacted as seperate Stamp Act or Indian Stamp Act applicable to Delhi.

Dear Sir,

I just wanted to know whether Delhi has a seperate stamp Act or Indian Stamp Act,1899 is applicable in New Delhi.
