Am i Able to efile Income Tax return for Accounting year 2014-15 ? i already file for accounting year 2015-16 but not able to file 2014-15

Because time limit to file belated return for FY 2014-15 is over. The last date was 31.03.2017.

no you cannot efile, jurisdictional AO needs to be contacted in such cases

Dear Sir
I will not claim for Any refund for accounting year 2014-15 and nor in tax payable , for Bank require 3 return and i filed for 2 only for 2015-16 and current 2016-17 if i request to A.O. Will they accept ?

yes, file letter of condonation of delay to CIT, they will refer the matter to jurisdictional AO

If you require return for bank purpose there might be some issue in case you will be able to arrange your return

Contact to Banker whether they will accept time gap of less than 6 months bw two returns and also return 14-15 is of later date than 15-16

Take certificate from CA regarding your income for that year. He would prepare a computation and then issue a certificate on his letterhead.
