Gst rules are not transparent and it mentions that invoicing deoends upon types of goods, service and usually 30 days is the time limit. But an invoice must be raised before the filing dat

I don’t understand why India treats everything as rich and poor just like IndAS and AS and now e-way bill for only 100cr companies. E-invoicing is so easy and if a computer generates it, no need for invoice processing. So every company can have an e commerce platform and that’s it!

IF you are not able to raise the invoice within the time limit provided then it will affect your time of supply.

couldnt agree more with you Yasaswi. Raising invoices in hard copies and sending them across is a hassle specially during this pandemic time. GST Dept. anyway pushes so many things down our throat for no reason, I think e-invoicing is the need of the hour and should be implemented for all...

right, puja, Understood but I have also read something about continuous supply of services under gst wherein if we have regular transaction with the same client on a regular basis then we can raise invoices altogether at a fixed time interval. Think will have to read about it a little more. Can someone who knows this clause better explain this?
