Hello All,
I was wondering if there is anything that an employee can do in case he has not received the Form 16 in time. For me, I have not yet received my form 16 for the FY 2006-07. Apart from going legal, is there any other option?

Go for PAN registration cell in NSDL site and get registered.Check out your tax credit and file your return based on the same.According to the new procedure you need not file your form 16 along with your IT return
