Delay in Final attempt due to Delay in PCC attempts ???????

As per ICAI rules "A candidate shall be admitted to the Final Examination, if he has passed the PCE and has completed the practical training on or before the last day of the month preceding the month in which the examination is held."

So u can definitely give ur final exam in Nov 2010, even if u pass PCC in May

no, i verify it by refering an earliest journel of icai,that "a student is required to pass pcc within first two attempts in order to eligible for the first final exam held just after the completion of articleship'

 Can yu tell me the which month's articles/journal?????
