Delay in final attempt
I started my articleship on 11.04.2016 with a ca firm and took transfer from that firm on 13.01.2017 within that period I took total leaves of 69 days which results in excess leaves of 35 days. And now I joined another ca firm on 21.01.2017 and continuing there. I want to know whether my ca final attempt is November 2018 or May 2019.

Just find out with the institute that leaves are to be taken in aggregate or per term wise. If it is the aggregate then 35 days days become a part of the further leaves allowed and as such there is no extension.
Besides since the gap between 21/7 and 13/7 is just 7-8 days in your case the attempt is not delayed due to this gap.
