Delay in Filing ITR 1

Hello, My ITR 1 is pending to file from A.Y 2019-20, as my aadhaar was linked to another pan.. Now it is unlinked and linked to my pan.

Actually 2 pan number was issue to me by mistake when I applied for changes in my pan and I bymistake linked my aadhaar to new pan number.. I informed the authorities when I came to know about the same but it took so much time in deactivating 2nd pan and delinking aadhaar.. Now everything is sorted.

So, Can I file now? is there any option for condonation request now.
Please suggest

Quick Summary
This discussion addresses the possibility of filing a delayed ITR 1 for Assessment Year 2019-20 due to an Aadhaar-PAN linking issue. The user successfully resolved the problem of having two PANs and an incorrectly linked Aadhaar. It's confirmed that filing is possible with permission from the Joint CIT (JCIT) under Section 119(2B) of the Income Tax Act, particularly if a refund is due. Guidance on the procedure and relevant resources are provided.

Yes, ITR can be filed after getting permission from JCIT u/s. 119(2B) of the act, provided you have any refund claim.

Thanks for reverting, Yes, I have refund claim
What is the procedure for getting permission from JCIT u/s. 119(2B) of the act?
