Delay in filing inc-22 beyond 300 days

Hi all,

There was delay in filling of the INC 22 beyond one year after incorporation of the private limited company, though we have paid the requisite late fees, still the form has come for re-submission stating that "INC-22 FILED FOR DELAY FOR  300 DAYS,  resubmit".

can you please suggest the course of action to be taken in this regard.
