I have miss my ITR e verification for a.y. 2022-23

can refile my return

Yes, you can file ITR u/s. 139(4) of the act, till 31.12.2022, with late fees.(provided original return is invalid)

Either you have to file revised return u/s 139(5) or belated return u/s 139(4).

Try with revised return on website. If no errors occured then you may proceed. Else try for late filing u/s 139(4)
