I have forgot to claim itc on invoice of February month, can I claim the same itc in GSTR 3b of June?

Yes u can claim till 20th October as per section 16(4).

U can pass the entry in the month to which the bill pertains and as per law u can claim input tax credit of F.Y. 2017-18 latest by 20th Oct, 2018.
