If charge holder fails to create charge within 30dyz and further 300 day then what are the requirements to be fulfilled if he wants to create charge and what's would be the fees charge for delay

If the Company fails to File Form CHG 1 within a period of 300 cdays from date of creation of Charge, then Company has to go for Condonation of delay.

Company will have to file Form CHG 1 with delayed fees and then has to file CHG 8 to RD.

RD will issue order and will raise penality if any.

Company has to file final order of RD within 30 days to ROC in form INC 28 along with copy of order
