My aricleship registration is delayed n icai require stamp paper but i did not purchase it at the tym of registration and also they require stipend record but i receive stipend of 3-4 months collectively. What should i do in this case?? Kindly help🙏
You will have to visit the nearest regional office and speak to them. You can explain that you took the stipend together initially. Also you can show a date of commencement such that your attempt is not delayed. Rest will be decided by the institute in your case. Generally around a months delay might be acceptable after commencement of articleship to submit the stamp paper form. However it is nowhere written in the rules just telling from experience.
