friends please give me a solution for this
I am doing CS professional. Me and my few friends who are also doing CS went to aptech for computer training. We sought for training exemption since we are already possessing a computer education certificate. the officials collected the requisite documents and fees for ememption and sent it to Mumbai. This was in June 2010. Till now no reply or communication has been received from aptech. We are frequently going to the aptech office regarding this and now they are saying that they cannot do anything about it. When asked for refud of fees, they are reluctant to give that. They are also not giving the details of the concerned person whom we can contact in Mumbai. We are likely to write the exams in june 2011. Please give some information to do what
