I HAVE A COMPANY WHICH WAS INCORPORATED IN 2005. IT HAS NOT STARTED ITS OPERATIONS DUE TO CHANGE IN PLANS. THE COMPANY HAS BEEN TERMED AS DEFUNCT COMPANY U/S 560, I HAVE NOW PLANNED TO START THE OPERATIONS OF THE COMPANY NOW. WHAT COMPLIANCES DO I HAVE TO FOLLOW AND HOW TO PROTECT THE COMPANIES NAME TO BE STTRUCK OFF BY THE ROC..

For removing the defunct status the company will have to file form 61 with registrar of companies. there after the status of teh company will become active. after which the company will have to complete its filing within next 21 days otherwise the status will again change to dormant.. hence, the company may start its working there aftre completing the filing
