The query is what the word "One Week" reckons. suppose a deductor pay an amount to a Contractor on Friday. What shall be the one week for the contractor to deposit the tax deducted to discharge his liability. Whether this "one week" shall mean the following one week starting from Monday to Sunday or any other period ???
