Sir I just hv one query of defination of agricultural land.
As per sec 2(14); agricultural land means land located other than jurisdiction of municipality having population of 10000 or more. Sir eg I am living in village having Gram panchayat (Not Municipality) with population 10000 or more & also 8 kms away from the municiplity limits of the city . Is it a capital asset ??? Whether "or by any other name" includes Gram Panchayat ???
