I got defective return us 139(9), Can i revised My ITR u/s 139(5) ? or I need to file response using notice u/s 139(9) option on income tax site?
If I revise u/s 139 (5), is it valid or not?

You may use both option. If you want to change other things also then file revised return. may call if required. CA umesh kumar- 9717597230
It is advisable to revise your return u/s 139(9).
Address the defects the Income Tax Department has pointed out within 15 days from the receipt of intimation order under section 139(9).

advisable to rectify defects u/s 139(9)..if defects r not rectified within time alloted, it vl be treated as invalid return...ROI u/s 139(5) can be filed if valid original ROI is filed u/s 139(1)
u can revise ur itr till 31st march
yes but only if original ROI is filed...otherwise it vl be a belated ROI u/s 139(4)
First of all u have to reply notice 139-9 online within 15 days or extnded time on request with reasons , for defects - fill your option whether u agree with it dept view or not, failing which ur ITR will be treated invalid & have to fill Fresh ITR with penalty.
