I filled the ITR 3 as per section 44ADA ,but later I get defective return showing error code 311.Asking for profit and loss &Balance sheet detail.
what should I do know ?

Submit the return under sec. 44ADA again, but with minimum details required under 'No Account case' like disclosing the amounts of total sundry debtors, sundry creditors, stock-in-trade and cash balance as at the end of the previous year.
But in real there are no sundry debtors , sundry creditor and cash in hand , he just received fee on monthly basis
In that case fill them as '0' ; but cash at hand cannot be just 'zero' !!!
Cash balance on what basis I have to enter in it .

What type of income you declared under 44ADA ?
You are actually required to file ITR4 Sugam provided you do not have capital gains income
Anyway in ITR 3 you have to fill item 62 and not Item 64 under p&L schedule. And item 6 of BS Schedule.
There is no basis to declare cash balance as no books are maintained. You are the best judge to apprx it.

Earlier I entered the zero in orignal return and know it shows defective return 139(9).
